The Uniform CPA Examination consists of four sections: Auditing and Attestation, Business Environment and Concepts, Financial Accounting and Reporting, and Regulation.  Brian recently passed the Auditing and Attestation section, including the following topics:  Engagement Planning, Internal Controls, Audit Procedures, Engagement Review, Reporting and Communication.  Brian joined Hamernik in 2009 after years of experience in corporate finance within the Indianapolis headquarters of The Steak ‘n Shake Company and Goelzer Investment Banking.
