The Uniform CPA Examination consists of four sections: Auditing and Attestation, Business Environment and Concepts, Financial Accounting and Reporting, and Regulation.  Brian successfully completed the Business Environment and Concepts section, including the following topics:  Corporate Structure, Macroeconomics, Financial Management, Information Technology, and Financial Planning & Measurement.  Brian joined Hamernik in 2009 after years of experience in corporate finance within the Indianapolis headquarters of The Steak ‘n Shake Company and Goelzer Investment Banking.
