Brian brings many years of practical financial advisory and corporate finance experience. He began his career with Goelzer Investment Banking, where he conducted over 100 business valuation engagements of privately held entities for various purposes. He then transitioned to a corporate finance role within the Indianapolis headquarters of The Steak 'n Shake Company, where he performed wide-ranging financial analyses and gained experience working in the public company sector. Brian brings a unique perspective working with business owners to value their companies and has learned to identify key business value drivers. Brian has managed projects ranging from specific cause-effect analysis, to financial due diligence to financial statement and cash flow forecasting. Brian’s work has emphasized synthesizing meaningful information for management presentation and action. Brian received his BS in Industrial Management from Purdue University, minoring in finance and economics and is currently pursuing the CPA designation.
