Barry L. Bentley, CPA (currently inactive), MBA, understands the unique challenges faced by the leadership of companies experiencing some type of crisis. From negotiating complex transactions and settlements to managing cash flow and dealing with the many constituents that may be involved, Barry is able to provide a unique and helpful perspective as someone who has been through the process. He can provide detailed financial analysis and objective assessments of the client’s situation while not losing sight of the big picture and overall objectives. He has dealt extensively in liquidating traditional assets as well as non-traditional and more difficult to sell assets always with an eye toward maximizing recoveries and managing risk. In addition to his work as the chief restructure officer of a large liquidating non-profit, Barry was formerly an Assistant Vice President in the corporate finance division of Conseco and received his Bachelors and Masters degrees from Anderson University.
