Joining the firm in 2005, Dan's experiences at Hamernik have involved consulting with clients to assess their strategic decisions, help negotiate settlements, and construct financial models that analyze cash flow, profitability, restructuring, buy/sell transactions, and valuation. He has worked with management from large and small companies in an array of industries, not-for-profit organizations, financiers, and counsel. Dan began his career in public accounting and later became Controller for a retail automotive group with annual revenues exceeding $200 million. He received his BS from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, where he majored in finance, accounting, and operations management and minored in German. Dan is a CPA and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level III candidate.
